Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused outdoor furniture items in their original packaging. Items must be in new condition with all original tags, labels, and accessories included. Customized or special-order items may have different return terms.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at message@xunrovarkhon.world or call +1 (281) 440-7667. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns without authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process. We may request return of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories may be subject to restocking fees. Final sale items and clearance merchandise are non-returnable unless defective.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return refund promptly to minimize delays in receiving your preferred product.
